Anh-Tuan Tran

Anh-Tuan Tran was a 24-year-old George Mason University graduate student who was stabbed to death in his shared townhouse at 3045 Mission Square Drive in Fairfax by 27-year-old Noel T. Dabney early on the morning of September 4, 2003.[1]
