Charles R. Harris

Specialist Charles R. Harris was a 25-year-old soldier who was shot to death by 30-year-old Sergeant Leonard L. Malenovsky at Ginn's Restaurant in the Engleside neighborhood of Alexandria on December 7, 1969.[1]
