Commonwealth's Attorney for Fairfax County
The Commonwealth's Attorney is the chief prosecutor for Fairfax County.
The Commonwealth's Attorney is an elective office defined in Article VII, Section 4 of the Constitution of Virginia.
The current Commonwealth's Attorney is Raymond F. Morrogh, who was appointed to the office upon the resignation of Robert F. Horan in September 2007 and elected in November of that year.
