Danitza Covarrubias

Danitza Covarrubias (May 20, 1987 – December 24, 2003) was a 16-year-old Alexandria girl who was killed when 17-year-old Jose Rodriguez lost control of the stolen Honda Civic he was driving and was struck broadside on Arlington Boulevard in Falls Church on December 23, 2003.[1][2]

Rodriguez died at the scene, and Covarrubias and Rodriguez' other passenger, 15-year-old Santos Elizabeth Ramirez, were taken to Inova Fairfax Hospital, where they were pronounced dead.</ref>[2]
