David W. Rider

David William Rider (June 8, 1954 – October 16, 1998) was a 44-year-old man who was strangled in his apartment in the Bristol Gable Apartments in Alexandria by 28-year-old Michael D. Waits on October 16, 1998.[1][2][3]

Rider was organist and musical director at Heritage Presbyterian Church in Alexandria.[3]
