Douglas Harman

B. Douglas Harman was a Deputy Fairfax County Executive from 1973 to 1975.

In December 1975, Harman was appointed city manager for Alexandria by the unanimous vote of the city council to replace the departed Keith F. Mulrooney.[1] Harman took office on January 5, 1976.[1]

In 1985, Harman became the city manager for Fort Worth, Texas.
