Juanita M. Shepherd

Juanita Muriel Shepherd (November 17, 1921 – October 11, 1959) was a 37-year-old woman who fatally poisoned herself with rat poison at her Lorton home on October 11, 1959.[1]

Shepherd was taken to Alexandria Hospital, where she died.[1]

She was separated from her husband, Cecil D. Shepherd, and had crashed her car about 500 feet from her house earlier that day.[1]
