Julie C. Simmons

Julia Christine "Julie" Simmons was a 5-month-old baby who was killed in the apartment of her parents, 29-year-old Caroline H. Yoo and 27-year-old Staff Sergeant Terry L. Simmons, at 3606 Barcroft View Terrace in Falls Church on June 19, 1981.[1]

SSgt. Simmons later claimed that Julie had been killed by her mother, who was unable to refute the statement as Simmons had strangled her to death that same day.[2]
