Lewinsville Park is a 37.71 acre district park in McLean.
The offices of the Fairfax County Park Authority's Historic Properties Rental Services are located in the park.
The property was acquired by the county in the early 1970's, when a group of lawyers led by Jack Hannon and the West Lewinsville Heights Civic Association muscled Supervisor Rufus Phillips into having the county fork over $1.25 million to purchase the property.[1]
