Merachew L. Fitigu

Merachew Lucas Fitigu was a 24-year-old man whose suicide at the end of a high speed chase was interrupted when he was fatally shot by Fairfax County Police officer Jeffrey K. Rockenbaugh in Prince George's County on July 27, 1999.[1][2]
