Nguyen Xuan Phang

Nguyen Xuan Phang was a 22-year-old Vietnamese immigrant who was stabbed and mortally wounded by his cousin, Nguyen Bong Van, to settle an argument at their shared apartment at 5835 Oakview Gardens Drive in the Bailey's Crossroads area of Falls Church on January 21, 1981.[1]
