Perry Ritter

Perry Ritter (April 30, 1957 – January 31, 1970) was a 12-year-old Falls Church boy who drowned in the indoor swimming pool at the home of James W. Dyer at 905 Frome Lane in McLean on January 31, 1970.[1]
