Rebecca Barber

Rebecca "Becky" Barber was a 29-year-old woman who was stabbed to death in her home at 5006 Pylers Mill Court in Fairfax by Private David J. Voetsch on January 26, 1975, after she refused Voetsch's sexual advances.[1][2]
