Robin J. Kehrer

Robin J. Kehrer was a 24-year-old woman who was strangled to death by her 33-year-old boyfriend Jason A. Morant in the stairwell of the office building at 3975 Fair Ridge Drive in the Fair Oaks region of Fairfax on October 11, 1999.[1][2]
