Samir Sarsour
Samir Sarsour was a two-year-old child who was killed, along with his 3½-year-old sister Sana, when a natural gas leak from a broken 2-inch line caused an explosion at his family's home at 4909 Magdalene Court in the Canterbury Woods neighborhood of Annandale on March 24, 1972.[1][2]
The explosion, the first of three, also fatally injured Samir's mother, 30-year-old Raja Sarsour.[1]
