Samuel A. Finz

Samuel Allen "Sam" Finz (b. October 20, 1944) was a deputy county executive for Fairfax County from 1976 to 1979.

At the recommendation of County Executive Leonard Whorton, Finz was appointed as deputy county executive, along with J. Hamilton Lambert and James P. McDonald, on November 8, 1976.[1]

Finz resigned from Fairfax County in August 1979, when he was hired as a vice president by developer Giuseppe Cecchi's International Developers.[2][3]
