Shadowood Condominium
Shadowood Condominium is a condominium neighborhood in Reston.
The 450-condominium neighborhood was established on April 4, 1974, and gradually expanded through 1979.[1]
In 1975, Fairfax County purchased 16 units in the neighborhood to rent to low-income residents.[1]
Incidents
- Jermaine James and Amanda L. Croson, both six years old, died in a fire in a third floor unit at 11633 Stoneview Square on October 12, 1987.[2]
