Thomas B. Blevinns

Thomas Byron Blevinns was a 38-year-old man who was killed outside his home at 1310 Annandale Road by 44-year-old Falls Church resident Dale E. Farringer when Farringer hit Blevinns with his automobile on January 7, 1961.[1]

Blevinns' was the second traffic death in Fairfax County in 1961.[1]
