Victor A. White
Victor Anthony White was a 19-year-old man who was shot to death in Lorton on April 2, 1992 by Michael V. Shepperson.[1]
White's partially-buried skeleton was recovered on August 3, 1992 in the 8500 block of Ox Road near Lorton.[2]
White had been sought by police in connection with several pipe bombs that were found in his 1984 Nissan Sentra parked behind White Oaks Elementary School on April 8, 1992.[3]
