Abdelatif T. Mohamed

Abdelatif T. Mohamed was a 38-year-old man who was hacked to death by 31-year-old El-Muiz M. Abdu to settle an argument over a $12,000 debt owed to Abdu in Vienna on June 3, 2000.[1][2]

When Mohamed refused to pay Abdu any of the $12,000 he owed him, Abdu went to his car and fetched a meat cleaver, which he used to strike Mohamed six times in the head.[2]
