Amelia A. Shepard

Amelia Ann Shepard (April 20, 1950 – April 11, 1965) was a 14-year-old from Washington, D.C., who was killed when a loaded dump truck driven by 19-year-old Nicholas C. Finamore ran a red light and crashed into the Corvair she was riding in at the intersection of Dolley Madison Boulevard and Old Dominion Drive on April 11, 1965.[1]
