Ata Mehran-Nejad

Ata Mehran-Nejad (September 7, 1990 – October 21, 2007) was a 17-year-old boy from Vienna who was killed by a hit-and-run driver as he walked along the Dulles Toll Road near the Beulah Road overpass early on the morning of October 21, 2007.[1]
