Cavalier Club
Cavalier Club is a 12-story apartment building in the Seven Corners neighborhood of Falls Church.
Developed by Jerry Wolman, the building opened in 1966. Wolman would sell the building later that same year to Investors Funding Corporation as part of an for $81 million, 15-project package.[1]
The building is leased by Southern Management Corporation.
Incidents
- 39-year-old Mark C. Williams was fatally burned in a suicidal gas explosion and fire in his apartment on January 12, 2008. Williams was taken to the Washington Burn Center, where he died the following day.[2][3]
