Edythe Frankel Kelleher

Edythe Frankel Kelleher is the Executive Director of the Southeast Fairfax Development Corporation and a former member of the Vienna Town Council.

In 2016, Kelleher announced that she would not seek another term on the Vienna Town Council.[1]
