Fairmont Gardens is an apartment complex in Annandale.
Incidents
- A fire killed 32-year-old Anita Antzes in her apartment at 4225 Wadsworth Court on December 2, 1988.[1]
- 31-year-old Ubaldo Lopez Yanez fatally stabbed 36-year-old Jose Ramirez Guardado in a vacant unit on April 2, 2015.[2][3]
