Kil Sun Flom
Kil Sun Flom (June 15, 1952 – December 5, 2011) was a 59-year-old Dale City woman who was killed when she was struck by a pumper truck on Leesburg Pike in Tysons Corner on December 5, 2011.[1]
The pumper truck had apparently struck Flom's Acura TL as she attempted to merge. She then pulled forward and exited her vehicle to notify the driver, who did not see her and killed her when he moved forward with the flow of traffic.[1]
She was the former wife of Colonel Ronald C. Flom, with whom she had two daughters.[2]
