Loan P. Nguyen

Loan Phuong Nguyen was a 30-year-old woman who was strangled to death, along with her 22-month-old daughter Ashley N. Ton, in a botched burglary attempt by Dinh N. Pham at the family home at 2877 Lester Lee Court in the Merrifield area of Falls Church on January 7, 2004.[1][2]
