Macerich

Macerich is a California real estate investment trust that co-owns Tysons Corner Center, along with the Alaska Permanent Fund.[1][2]

Macerich acquired its interest in Tysons Corner Center with its 2005 purchase of the Wilmorite real estate investment trust for $2.3 billion.[1]
