Mary K. McCulloch

Mary K. McCulloch was the director of the Fairfax County Public Library system from 1953 to 1969.[1]

By the time McCulloch announced her resignation in September 1969, the library had grown from a single location in a converted bookmobile garage to ten branches with 600,000 books.[2]
