McConnell Public Safety and Transportation Operations Center
The McConnell Public Safety and Transportation Operations Center (MPSTOC) houses a number of public safety agencies for Fairfax County, as well as some components of Virginia State transportation agencies.
Named for former member of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors Elaine N. McConnell, it was dedicated in October, 2008.
