- November 2 – 56-year-old Alphues E. Redmond is killed in Falls Church by Walter A. Meyer when Meyer attempts a U-turn on Leesburg Pike and crashes head on into Redmond's car.[1]
- November 3 – The new brick headquarters building for the Burke Volunteer Fire Department is dedicated.[2]
- November 20 – The Virginia State Corporation Commission approves the charter of the Guaranty Bank and Trust Company of Fairfax.[3]
