Events that took place in Fairfax County in November, 1991:
- November 28 – A fire kills roommates 41-year-old Stephen A. Esmacher and 50-year-old Frank L. Best in their apartment in the Timberlane Village Garden complex in Falls Church.[1]
- November 30 – While fleeing pursuit by the Fairfax City Police, 24-year-old Juan L. Raimundo drunkenly kills himself when he loses control of his motorcycle on the exit ramp from Route 50 to Interstate 66 just outside the city limits and crashes. The mortally injured Raimundo is taken to Fairfax Hospital, where he dies.[2]
