Paul A. Raymond, Jr.

Paul Anthony Raymond, Jr. (April 7, 1960 – January 20, 1965) was a 4-year-old child who drowned, along with his 7-year-old sister Caroline and three other children, when he fell through the ice of the Hunting Creek in the Huntington area of Alexandria on January 20, 1965.[1][2]
