Paul S. Harley
Paul Scott Harley (October 31, 1966 – September 1, 1990) was a 23-year-old Lorton man who was shot to death while visiting friends in a townhouse in the 9600 block of Hagel Circle on August 31, 1990.[1]
Harley was one of five children of Marvin L. Harley and his wife Joann.[2]
On December 20, 1994, Charles Lewis Shank, II was arrested in Harrisonburg, Virginia and charged with Harley's murder[3].
