Richard R. Bowers, Jr.

Richard R. "Richie" Bowers, Jr. is the chief of the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department, a position he has held since April 29, 2013.

On February 16, 2018, Chief Bowers announced his retirement, effective April 30.[1]
