Robert E. Persigehl
Robert Eric Persigehl (April 15, 1961 – April 10, 2008) was a 46-year-old man who shot 48-year-old Alexandria woman Vanessa Miller to death, then committed suicide in her Rose Hill home at 5621 Overly Drive on April 10, 2008.[1]
Robert was the one of two children of Elmer S. Persigehl and his wife, the former Esther Beach.[2]
