Robin M. Jones

Robin M. Jones was a 31-year-old woman who was raped, robbed, and finally drowned in the bathtub of her apartment at 4001 Spring Pond Place in the Shenandoah Crossing apartment complex in Chantilly by Thomas Reed, Jr. on October 7, 1990.[1]

Jones' corpse was discovered three days later.[1] She was the 23rd homicide victim in the county that year.[2]
