Steven D. Urban

Steven D. Urban was a 27-year-old man from Columbus, Ohio, who was killed when his car was struck by one driven by 18-year-old Ricky L. Harlow as he attempted to turn onto Reston Avenue from Leesburg Pike in Herndon on the evening of February 21, 1980.[1]
