Todd K. McKinney

Todd Koontz McKinney was a 13-year-old newspaper carrier who was fatally shot by 18-year-old William G. Psimas outside Psimas' Annandale home early on the morning of October 12, 1970, when Psimas mistook him for a prowler tampering with his 1963 Mercury Comet.[1][2]
