Vuthea M. Hiep

Vuthea Michael "Mike" Hiep (January 3, 1994 – February 23, 2014) was a 20-year-old man who was mortally injured when the driver of the 2002 Volkswagen Cabriolet in which he was a passenger, 20-year-old Luz F. Inscoe, lost control of the vehicle and struck a telephone pole on Rolling Road near Terra Grande Avenue in Springfield on February 23, 2014.[1]

Hiep was taken to the hospital, where he died.[1]
