Will Alberto Machado Avelar

Will Alberto Machado Avelar was a 26-year-old Annandale man who unintentionally killed himself early on the morning of November 12, 2011 when he lost control of his 2001 Nissan and struck a tree while trying to turn onto Park Avenue from Dranesville Road in Herndon.[1]

Machado also mortally injured his passenger, 36-year-old Oscar Rodriguez Costanza.[1]
