Alexander A. Rios
Alexander Aden Rios was a 27-year-old man who shot and mortally wounded himself after fatally shooting Ihab R. Qutob in Qutob's condominium at 3051 D Trevor House Drive in Oakton on July 25, 2012.[1][2]
Rios was taken to the hospital, where he died shortly thereafter.[1]
