Ihab R. Qutob
Ihab Robert "Bobby" Qutob (September 15, 1968 - July 25, 2012) was a 43-year-old man who was shot to death by his 27-year-old roommate Alexander A. Rios in his condo at 3051 D Trevor House Drive in Oakton on July 25, 2012.[1]
Qutob was a 1997 graduate of George Washington University, where he had majored in electrical engineering. At the time of his murder, he was employed as a Senior Analyst and Desktop Support Administrator at Time Warner Cable.
