Charles R. Blevins, Sr.
Charles Robert "Bob" Blevins, Sr. was a 64-year-old Clifton man who was mortally injured by 27-year-old Tiffany Segreti when she struck Blevins' 2009 GMC pickup truck with her 2011 Chevrolet Impala at the intersection of Shirley Gate Road and Mattie Moore Court in Fairfax on June 28, 2011.[1]
Blevins was taken to the Inova Fairfax Hospital, where he died on July 1.[1]
