David P. Larsen
David Philip Larsen (March 26, 1930 – June 17, 2016) was a retired Army officer and Herndon Town Manager from 1985 to 1988.
Larson became Public Works Director for the town in 1980. Following the resignation of Edwin D. Martin, Larson was appointed acting town manager in August, 1985.[1]
Larsen resigned as Herndon Town Manager on September 14, 1988.[2]
