Dilbar Noory

Dilbar Noory was a 19-year-old Woodbridge woman who unintentionally killed herself when she lost control of the 2004 Honda Civic she was driving and crossed into oncoming traffic on Lee Chapel Road in Burke on March 29, 2015.[1][2]
