Eugene M. Kotlarchuk

Eugene Michael Kotlarchuk (March 9, 1947 – November 12, 2016) was a 69-year-old attorney from Forest Hills, New York who was struck and killed by a woman driving a 2015 Hyundai Sonata as he jaywalked across Richmond Highway in Alexandria on the evening of November 12, 2016.[1]
