February 1952
Events that took place in Fairfax County in February, 1952:
- February 26 – Fairfax County Police officers David R. Eike and James Murphy discover Army Major Grady W. Phillips fellating drunken Marine Corporal William C. Ellicott in Major Phillips' car on the side of Route 236 in Lincolnia. The officers arrest both men, and Major Phillips later claims at his court martial that he was attempting to retrieve his eyeglasses, which had fallen on the floor of the car, although this explanation did not seem to adequately address why Corporal Ellicott was discovered with his pants off and his underwear pulled down.[1]
