Henry A. Garvey

Henry A. Garvey was a 65-year-old man who was beaten and strangled to death by Paul R. Pisacane in a shed at the Edmonds Garden Center at 8351-A Richmond Highway in the Mount Vernon area of Alexandria on January 23, 2000.[1][2]
