Jane K. Strauss
Jane K. "Janie" Strauss is the representative to the Fairfax County School Board from the Dranesville District.
Strauss was appointed to the school board as an at-large representative on June 17, 1991 by Chairman of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors Audrey Moore to replace Nathaniel Choate.[1] Strauss was replaced by BoS Chairman Thomas M. Davis, III on June 27, 1993 with Le Chi Thao, who became the first Asian-American to serve on the school board.[2]
